When building different pieces of equipment for our medieval groups, we were always on the lookout for rare materials, almost forgotten medieval craft techniques and historical templates for our projects. The research often took longer than the actual work. From countless conversations with like-minded people from the medieval scene or the crafts, we know that others felt the same way.
Geschichtshandwerk sees itself as a supplier of forged goods, forged nails, unique pieces or replicas and raw material around the Middle Ages. Craftsmen, manufacturers, artisans or artists and friends of the Middle Ages, reenactors, medieval actors and role-players will find high-quality goods, some of which are personally produced by us.
In addition to our goods around the Middle Ages, we also offer the service – on request – of producing historically correct furniture, hand-forged nails and custom-made products or placing them with craftsmen.
